Yeah. It works just fine. I use it for word docs, spreadsheets, pdfs, and etc. Just remember to save it to Word2000/2002/2007 format. It's basically "compatibility mode".

I can talk/type you through it if you have questions.

Yeah. It's perfect. I do all my assignments with it and I can transfer them between labs no problem. I just have to save them in the proper format which isnt hard to figure out.
