How's the red? I have only had the yellow and the green. The green I love but the yellow is gross and I have a whole jar in the fridge.

The red is my favorite along with panang. Nice reddish color with the coconut milk and plenty of kick to it. Haven't had any yellow but I have had green, it isn't bad either.
