Just came back home. I was out aaaaallll day long. I was at a cafe bar, at my cousins house for lunch and i had a great time!! I love the pre-holiday mood that people have! At least here everyone is happy in a good mood and are friendlier that usuall!!

I used to be really active but ever since i graduated and started working full time its tough to stay in shape. I started running about a year ago and i find that to be both active and cathardic

Working out is not an issue for,its eating regularly & getting eight hours sleep thats the problem.I dont keep specific working hours & im always on the run.Problem with that is fastfood is easily accesible.

I know bro but i had to put all my effort into getting back my financial security.I mean i had to sell my other business,my beach house in cape town & let go of some staff members then.Its had a serious toll on me.

Anyway after that i was told to drink loads of green tea,boiling water with a cinnamon stick & some other shite tasting stuff.Things will start to stabilise as of next year as ive decided to give one of my staff members a percentage of the business.So until then i have to slave away.

I get what you guys are saying but its not like i work myself to the bone just for personal financial gain.Im a bread-winner for the family & i have heaps of people that count on me.

Greetings from one of the most poorest places in the United States... Detroit, MI. I always come here during Christmas, see the various sites all through the city and suburbs, and I must say that I have never seen such a destitute neighborhood life throughout my years. House roofs caved in on abandoned homes, street lights not working on major roads, water pipe bursts spread throughout the city that are now freezing up, trashcans knocked over, even a couple cars burning on side streets that nobody was attending to. Never have I seen it this bad. The downtown, with skyscrapers and all, is nice however.

If it all started with Detroit in terms of manufacturing, is this a sign of the times ahead for the United States in general? I have to say the outlook is very bleak. Even if it doesn't get as bad as this, it will still be pretty bad.

Some predict that the US will become an under-developed nation..
