To make a long story short: They started throwing parties 3 weeks into the semester and came knocking on our door asking to use our space when their spot filled up. We didn't do that but we agreed to do it at another time and we did, but they conned us when it came to splitting the money so we threw our own party. That's when they started getting pissed off; they claim that we're stealing their regulars and questioning why we're even throwing parties since we weren't up until now. They refuse to comprehend that we used to throw parties all last year.

Oh, and they didn't know where Maryland was in relation to the Eastern Shore, so that tells you how intelligent these people are that we're dealing with

Tell them to fuck off. Simply to go away. If they wish to throw threats around then you will have no problem alerting the authorities to a place where underage alcohol consumption is going on. Tell them that. "Moderate" those bitches.
