haven't done that in a while... and i've forgotten my username for wikipedia to test... this is how you go about doing it though...
1. go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload
upload the image with a unique name...
2. Now go to the page where you want to put the image and use the following format to insert the image
[[Image:Image name]]
This is the most basic tag. Other tags like size, caption etc. are also available, more info here

every 2 months. but in a fee months, all the teams will move into the same 9pm-6am shift. for now, we have very less staffing for the first 2 shifts! ill be working in the same shift for the 3rd month in a row next month.
