What's what like?

My degree will be totally different to what you would get from an English Uni, due to the seperate legal systems.
yeah I know, you have to do a septate course after and take a test if you want to go
From Scottish to English law.
I've just been doing some ucas stuff, almost done with my personal statement.

I'm in the process of applying for traineeships staring in 2010.

God knows why firms want you to apply before they know what classification of degree you will get and before you have been accepted for the Diploma of Legal Practice.

yeah it's a pretty stupid thing.
2010 seems ages away, what is even longer is thinking that I'll be doing this in 2012. Wow. It seems scary.
What you aiming for 2.1?

Yeah, 2.1.

Very achievable if I make a good job of the dissertation.

Thinking about doing something about the affect the EU has had on contract law in football i.e Bosman and Webster rulings in particular.

hell yeah, imagine working for Aberdeen, that would be sick. Plus there's a good gap in the market for those jobs.
TBH I had that in mind too maybe when you are working there you can sneak me in the firm for some exp.:)

Nah, I meant I was going to do that for my dissertation.

I'm not sure what I want to do once I graduate. Probably just wait and see what job offers I get.

LOL, I saw football and pretty much went crazy, so for your dissertation you can pretty much write about anything in law? Obiviously bosman comes under contract law.
