Okay i need some help, i remember a tv show from some years ago but don't remember the name, it was about a town (port town maybe? was sorrounded by water) and there were this alien creatures that lived in the water (they glowed iirc) and the sheriff of the town appeared to know about them (bein one of them?) but almost everyone else in town didn't know.
