Damn, sorry to hear that shit's falling apart for you while you're supposed to be on vacation.

That's rough, man.
There's no way Barack Obama has a chance in losing the elections now
He never did anyway. It's impossible to beat a defending president in US presidential elections anyway. It just doesn't happen.

We are on a break which is why i don't feel guilty...i just wish i could remember it and that i hadnt done it in a dorm room where 3 other people were sleeping lol.

@kyle, if it had happened when i was in asia then it would have been a lot shittier because there was stuff to do there, but in NZ theres nothing going on so its something to occupy my mind lol.

"It's the economy, stupid." A dead guy in Pakistan implicated in shit 11 years earlier just ain't going to rank with the guy out of a job or freaking out about the Mexicans moving in down the street.

In the end, all politics really is local.

But doesn't the "war on terror" rank high on the priorities of the average american when voting for a president?

Unfortunately, you're probably right. This sort of event is what Obama was looking for. His approval ratings will jump by ten percent overnight and his Wall Street handlers will be celebrating through the night. All the lies Obama has told in the past will be wiped clean and all of the morons in this country will give him another chance, just like they did with Bush.

Stick a fork in this country. It's done.
