It feels awesome when you do get what you want. I know that feeling and I loved it. But the days before the interview are crucial mate. Prepare well. Over-preparing for an interview doesn't do any harm.
PS: What is the post about? Technical, financial, management?
I haven't been to a job interview for over 2 years now. It's sucks that I'm working till late today and the interview is in the morning. It'll be a long night for sure.

Call Centre Analyst
We are looking to recruit a Call Centre Analyst to meticulously analyse all Call Centre metrics, statistics and KPI’s. This person will be responsible to take decisions based on this data to ensure effective and proactive forecasting of all resources available so that all Customer service related targets are successfully reached.
On a day to day basis, selected candidates will be required to:
• Analyse call patterns and prepare rosters to meet this demand.
• Manage leave and overtime for call centre employees in a structured format to ensure minimal impact on the operation.
• Develop, produce, analyze and present planning and performance Management reports within specified timeframes
We are looking for an individual that has great problem solving & decision making skills, strong communication, presentation, persuading and influencing skills as well as sound objection handling skills.
This role requires disciplined time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines as well as multitask. High levels of reliability, self motivation and a ‘can do’ attitude are all imperative to succeed in this role.
Candidates need to have post secondary education with at least 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a Call Centre environment with resource planning responsibilities and an understanding of call centre matrix. Candidates will need to prove that they possess the above mentioned skills through specific examples from previous roles.
