Almost finished making Christmas dinner. Beef tenderloin slow-grilled for a couple hours, double-baked baked potatoes with chives, cheddar, milk, red pepper, green onion, and butter slowly whisked and baked a second time to perfection, and homemade three-cheese mac and cheese.

This is my second favorite meal of the year after Thanksgiving dinner. My third favorite will be New Years dinner with baked ham and lobster tails.

I should have became a chef.
