So how do you plan on avoiding the christmas weight gain? There's no way you can avoid eating at both your nonna's places.

As for me, same story, the women in my family are too lazy to cook so i'll be doing everything minus the cleaning.Everything is settled, it's just the usual arguments about desert.

I'm thinking of making individual chocolate muffins baked in chocolate sauce, then i'll cut the bottom halves, take out some of the inside, fill it with chocolate mousse & fresh cream. My sisters are insisting on ice-cream though. Once that's done, i'll basically put the chocolate sauce at the bottom of each serving, place the mousse/cream filled muffins on top, spread chocolate cream around it, topped with melted chocolate & nuts.
