It's money that keeps holding me back because I don't have any It would be very, very expensive especially if you consider wages in Serbia. With 350e/month you're not really able to make such a trip. I'd need like 20k euros so unless I shit some money I don't see any positive chance really

Well, we're doing pretty bad but that's nothing new. I say 350 and that's even higher than a norm. Job with high school gives you like 230 euros. Not to mention that even higher degree diploma guarantees you a job nowadays...it's just too hard to find it.

Yeah I was only toying with numbers, 20k would be too much but you get the idea when I mention our wages. Even if I get a job I can't splash 5k out of nowhere really. People here work for 2-3 years to save that much and buy some car.

What do you f.e. pay for a glass of beer when you go out?

Here we pay somewere between 1.60 in the smaller villages up to 2.20 in the bigger cities for a glass of 25cl.

I know our wages sound low but prices aren't high so we can live of course. In Croatia they have 800-900 euros a month IIRC but their life style isn't any better because of the prices.

In some pub beer goes for 1 euro (0.5 ). At some fancy place we're paying like 2-3 euros. Of course, somewhere it goes for 6+, where it's nice. A package/case of beer (20 bottles 0.5) costs 10-11 euros which is cheap like hell.

I make about 200 Euros a week, and I consider that horrid.
