Well, you can now be a goalkeeper in that mode where you only control one player.

Yeah, though now is combined in "career mode", you can choose between being a player, a manager or a player-manager (you'll have to create a player for this one).

You can fast forward periods of time using the calendar now as you could in fifa 07, and i think that now you can change teams if you're being just the player, another clubs will try to buy you. Also you will now have to agree contract terms with the player and the transfer fee with the club.

I'll need to play more to see if there are any issues/bugs but it's pretty cool as of now.

Ok I'm hoping that the transfer market is fixed. The lack of transfer movement in past games made them boring and unrealistic after only one season.

I also hated how there was no European competition during your first season and when you finally reach the CL you end up playing mostly small clubs.

I started and in the first day Barca sold abidal and Spurs were offering Gallas to any club willing to pay 7m.

I think there's CL in the first season but i'm not sure.

The menus are more comfortable to the eye too, and you get the feeling that the game is more organized than the previous version.
