You just have to find a shop where noboday goes and go super early.

The problem with that is it's practically impossible because the state mails their registration and sticker in the middle of August. So once it arrives, you only have a couple weeks to complete the inspection. All the places around are packed and we also like to go with guys we trust. Plus, the state makes us do this shit every year. I hate Pennsylvania.

Tomorrow I think I'm going to get an oil change and finally grab the replacement grill piece to the passenger side bumper Burke fucked up a while ago.
