@Andy, I'm looking at job vacancies in the UAE and most Finance jobs that require Western educated individuals pay 6,000$ as a minimum.

6K a year? Uhh, that seems a bit low. One could make more than that a year in the US earning minimum wage.

It might not be as easy as it was before. Dubai got hit pretty hard by the crisis, and jobs are hard to come by at this time. But i'm pretty sure you'd find a job here if you looked properly.

They put Americans on a pedestal here.
