I'm not sure about that really. I know that the Black Dog Whisky is owned by United Breweries, which is based in my city. I took a closer look at the bottle today(while the bartender gave me a strange look) and it said 'Scotch Whisky' on it.

Yeah. The complimentary drink included 2 glasses of 120ml Black Dog(locally brewed I believe) Scotch Whisky. So I had both.

Drinking with my mom's permission is quite a feeling.
