Edit: I just checked. The dollar has fallen against the AED compared to what it was when I was there a long time ago. Now it doesn't seem all that, but its still good for a fresher considering what the economy is going through there.

They do most of the time, locals get triple what other Arabs get, Westerners get even more.

Discrimination is completely allowed over here


Though in all honesty, the fact that Indians get paid less than us makes it a lot harder for us to get jobs. You can't compete with someone whose willing to work harder than you and for less money and probably will do a better job than you too.
