I think that's just BS! You should never marriage someone who you haven't lived with. Living together teaches you a lot about the other person. It's my opinion however...

Scholes was a brilliant player.

I know he was good, and that midfield during the late 90's was something special, but owning Xavi is too much and pushing it. I do rate Xavi very highly, if I was given a choice to pick any player in the world to start a team, I would pick Xavi ahead of the likes of Iniesta, Messi, Kaka, and Ronaldo. The guy is just an engine and everything has to go through him, and if you look at him carfeully, he knows what decision to make before he gets the ball, when it comes to football IQ, he is the top in the world.

Scholes, at his peak, had all of those attributes too.
