I went to the stadium to watch a USL match between FC London and Michigan Buck, and then we left after 60 mintues and got a dinner at a Thai restauran. The level of football was shocking to watch. They couldn't keep the ball on the ground and put some good passes together.

It's the USL man. I can keep up with those guys.
tbh, I expected a little bit more. I was so shocked to see this style of football that was basically whack the ball and run, and what the backs were just horrible and slow. They press in a messy way and they have no idea what they are doing. Just run and whack the ball when you get it

Why would you go into one of those games with high expectations?

My buddy is a ref in the USL and other lower leagues, and totally sold me on it. Told me they are ok, but some how this ok meant they are poor ok. I expected atleast to see them put some good passes together and do the basic stuff right. they were just running on the pitch with no direction, just running for the sake of running

I wouldn't say it's that bad. It's bad, but not that bad.

I thought it was bad based on what I saw today, also maybe the artificial grass played a role. Anyhow, I am definitely not going to watch them any more.

Wow that's sad, DA. Glad I never wasted my time watching any of the USL on FSC.
You will get more entertainment watching the Martha Stewart show

Well, although I don't bother to watch USL anymore, one could say the same about Juventus. I mean really, unless you're a supporter of the team, there isn't a reason to watch us play. We play like morons for our supposed class as well.

My little brother's soccer games seem better than that
Your brother doesn't play soccer, he plays "Dodge the pickpockets and kidnappers in Caracas."

:agree:
Juve is not just a team I support, Juve is a religion I follow and practice.
We were shitty last season, but our shitty football is still way better than a good lower league team
