Yep I'm alright however I've been all day with 38.5 fever

And I have a wedding tonight which I can't miss. I guess I'll go for 1-2 hours. I haven't eaten anything since lunch yesterday because I haven't been hungry...

Nope, ironically you're not supposed to take anything but acetaminophen
