Reminds me of the people in Berkeley I know who got PhDs in political science and such. They ended up getting employed by banks to help determine investment risks of African nations based on the probability of revolutions, etc. So you can apply knowledge in odd ways these days.

Just spent 20 minutes drawing a BUTTRESS. Didn't need to be anything special, but I HAD to go Da Vinci on it. I stopped myself before I wasted too much time, but now I have a 3/4 finished buttress laying around.
I got the buttress pretty well. Then I just tried to "quick sketch" the wall and didn't like it so I scratched the wall out and wrote BAH! in it's place.
I was using a crappy pen so it isn't that great. But I got the block sequencing perfect.
