Well if it's somehow 'racist' to adovcate treating people differently and worse than me because they aren't the same race as me then I guess I am

Cheers Andy, drink as much as you can for me and I'll do the same. :pint:

No I didn't. How many days the pain lasted?
When did the pain go away and how does your knee feel after?
Real pain lasted two weeks, random pain another 10-15days.

It took like 50days to be able to sleep properly without feeling any pain and to be able to take shower without using the medical chair.

My knee feels okay right, it still hurts from time to time and I feel the metal inside. When I turn the aircondition in my car I feel pain for example. But with exercises and therapies it will only improve.

Although, It's been 3months or more since my operation, I still can't sprint or run. I need another 3months at least.

How does the knee feel right now? What are you doing in the gym?
It takes time to recover obviously and by making lot of effort it doesn't feel well at all. In the gym I'm doing some stretching exercises, lifting around 5kilos while seated, bicycle around 15min. Then I'm doing 1hour of physiotherapy, everyday.
