Because I find the BW one too much of a cliche. The color one still shows the shadow but more originally I guess
The second fits the theme, but it's honestly a better photograph as a color one. There's more gradiation and subtlety that comes out in the color one: check out the orange light on the toe tips. The B&W one is a bit flat and lacks the contrasts necessary to make a good B&W shot: B&W shots are mostly light studies, and the lighting isn't very good nor interesting.

It is that easy. Just wire me the money and you're done. :D
I could always get a loan from a bookie, have you sign as surety & disappear for good.:D

You spent ten thousand dollars in lunch today???? Shit like this makes me want to become a socialist
Yeah.In all honestly that amount is chump change when you're in a large corporate company & you have a corporate credit card.My ex boss used to spend well over $20-30k for lunch & dinner. It's wonderful to have an entertainment allowance.

Did you ever meet Asma?
If he did, Fred would have offered 20 camels for her hand in marriage & he would never log onto this forum ever again.

Okay people, I need opinions! Which version of the pic best suits the theme of "shadow" ?

Why ask a question, when you already have your answer in mind? You women.:disagree:

:agree: The best photographers IMO are the ones who correctly deliver the theme they were shooting while being original

You could use this one as a backup:D It has some shadow but in a more subtle way
I would, but I have to take the photo. :D

I never said I wanted to use the black and white one, I just said it's more cliche to do so. I was trying to take a risk here. :D
