Just realized, annoyingly enough, that I'll have to miss our Livorno game, cant remember last time I did (no not 4 years like wifebeater :D), dont want to even if it been a masochistic experience this season. Going to a Talib Kweli concert, who I thought al along was on Friday, but just been texted its on saturday.

Sucks to be missing the introduction of Zaccheroni's champagne Thomas Helveg football.

If snow is God jizz, then Jesus is about to cum all over our tits.
Nice one mate.

Check out these liquid precip rates here.

Lakefront airport New Orleans, LA - 1.68" in 6 hours
New Orleans airport, LA - 1.51" in 6 hours
Slidel, LA - 1.42" in 6 hours

Louis Armstrong, LA - 1.90" in 12 hours

Baton Rouge, LA - 2.58" in 18 hours
McComb, MS - 2.38" in 18 hours

Goes to show how strong the storm is. Lets hope that intensity remains. Already Blizzard warnings in effect for counties east of Philly.

Ehhh, who cares how they spell their decrepit town. It will probably be destroyed in another 20 years. I'm sure the water life will be sure to uphold their "standard" of spelling.

Enron, all the forecast models are going haywire, keep jogging South and then back North and then South again in track. The NAM doesn't seem to be grasping the storm well and the GFS is showing something quite different. We're only 18 hours from impact and it's not even certain that NYC and Northern Jersey will see any snow -- the models are not forming a consensus.

But what I have noticed from all the models and their runs is that the amount of expected precip remains the same over our area, 1 to 2 inches of liquid precip, which means 12 to 20 inches of snow. That consistency is good to see and could mean that our area and towards the East will be the epicenter of the storm.

Seems a bit like 93'. They didn't know which track the storm was going to take until it was dropping 2 ft of snow on the Great Smokey Mountains.

No matter what it looks like a wild ride.

Yeah, the monsters tend to do that.

Check out this model run. The GFS is now wetter than the NAM, the latter being one that tends to overestimate.

Really sharp cut off though.

That's cool, what does he use? Logic?
