yea, i frequent the local crossfit gym here (Addison).

my friends got me into it because its not a typical gym nor is it for typical gym people. its actually really fun and its different everytime you go. the only problem is that it conflicts with my muay thai training so i can't make the daily sessions. i've gone weeks (especially since my trip and though this holiday season) wihtout going and when i get back my body is in for some pain because it takes about 4-5 consistent daily sessions for you to get acclimated to the intensity of the workouts.

Real busy lecturing my big frigging sister, she has been dating someone for few months (and known him for 6 years), that IS a member of a ("big") criminal organisation.
I'm not one to judge someone on past mistakes (know few people with records), but STILL is a (paying) member, and she been pretty damn dimwitted about it. Completely naive, has no reference point when she heard the name of O.G (lame cliche name, but serious criminal group) or seen the gang tat.
Dude been acting completely normal with me, sleeping over in the apartment (few times visiting this part of the country). And now find this out. Bit suprising, even more suprising my sister being completely oblivious of it, seriously need to pay more attention and be such a dupe.

I just don't wanna commit myself & not be prepared.Right now i'm unfit physically & mentally.Also i'll be able to keep office hours once all these big projects are completed & i can actually start eating the right foods.It takes ample time to prepare 5 individually portioned meals for healthy living,i can give up the booze but the smoking is gonna be a bitch.
