How come i'll lead to imbalances if in a week i'm doing 4 trainings...monday i'm doing pecs with biceps, tuesday back with triceps, wednesday i'm not going, thursday i'm doing elbows with trapeze, and friday i'm going running or play football. i think it is pretty balance. Anyway that was my program back in the days i used to go to gym..now i got bored, but i hope i'll get back there in the next year
