That's why i never pursued becoming a chef,too much pressure & it would destroy something that i love doing.

I'm a robot in the kitchen & i keep the dishes to a minimum.Preparation is key to avoiding a big clean up job.It sounds like you need to invest in a dish washing machine.

OMG hahaha I thought I was the only one with the pet peeve of trying to keep dishes to a minimum so I don't have to clean up that much later

I have a dishwasher but I'm too lazy to use it, I always end up washing the dishes the old fashioned way
