I've been out and about too much for over a week now. Had a cousin in town earlier this week so I was chilling with him. Then yesterday I did first of many solo flights which was a pain in the ass. It's crunch time so I gotta get busy. What about you?

Holy crap this day and storm was incredible. Took me an hour to get home from the ski resort, even though it's three miles away. Had to whip out the shovel to clear part of a hill to get home.

Fucking wild. Two feet of snow up here. Unbelievable storm.

So far my forecast for an interesting winter has been spot on.

Be glad though, Kyle. This storm wasn't for the faint of heart. Many people are stranded at the resort without rooms because all of the hotel is filled, so people are sleeping in their car, in the lobby, and getting stuck trying to brave it on the pathetic PennDOT roadways.

Unfortunately it appears many folks from Maryland are not used to this sort of snow and driving conditions.

But hell, shoveling my way home is well worth it. The skiing is the closet you could get to out west, with powder up to your knees on all trails. Even I look like a beginner in this beautiful powder.

I met this mexican girl at the american company that we are contracted to & i screwed up.She's from Juarez & she was telling me all about it & said it was snowing.I was like, it snows in mexico? Needless to say she thinks i'm an ignorant fuck.

I'm working on a date for new years but all the hotties are on holiday &the scraps are left.

It snows in Mexico? I had no idea either. I guess it can snow at any location in altitude but in general some countries are not considered to be cold enough for snow.

In Johannesburg,i work at my dad's construction company.It blows because most companies are trying to push for 2010 WC & to include all work done for the financial year end on the 28th Feb.

It's probably true, it gets really cold in Mexico City during winter and they're further south than Juarez

I hope your hard work during Christmas pays off and you get a World Cup deal! Would be pretty cool

Juarez is in a high elevation desert. It probably gets quite cold there at night during the winter months. And since this is an El Nino pattern we are seeing, the jet stream rides quite low in central North America, pulling down polar air from Canada. Sometimes that jet stream pulls precip disturbances along with it. Snow could certainly be a possibility.
