On Saturday December 5th your channel showed what is widely accepted as the biggest game in Italian football, that of Juventus and F.C. Internazionale.

Advertised as a 19.45 K.O. and eagerly anticpating this match, I was suprised and very frustrated to find that post match commentary of another game had been allowed to Interfere with the Live coverage. I could understand this if it were a highly important match with highly regarded commentators but let me assure you:
A. The ammount of people that would prefer the insight of Kevin Keegen over a top European Clash is limited to your customers in Newcastle.
B. I am quite sure that more people wanted to watch this match then did Mr.Keegens comments or those of Mark Hughes and Carlo Ancelloti. I'd be more than happy to see what data you would have to dispute this.

The only reason that I am subscribed to your channel is the Live Serie A coverage, specifically the Juventus games. I do not think it is too much to expect that one match is shown per week, on time and to it's full duration. Futhermore I request an explanation as to why you did not fully cover the game and assurances that it will not occur in future or i shall immediately cancel my account and encourage others to do the same.
