brown bread is starting to get popular here too, but nothing compares to white bread just taken from the oven, you can't cut it, you must eat it like doctor lecter ate that guy's liver after he escaped.
I don't like the breads used in Europe or rest of the world, they are like baguettes, I am used to eating Arabic breads, much tinnier. And sure it's great when it's just out of the oven. But brown is fine too, much healthier.
Your bread has a nice shape, but why it's so white? where's the crust?
paine not pita auch (pita is the oldie/village term-paine is the usual term for bread) : here's the bread, i know that shape/taste of baguettes that you speak of but the people @ the country/villages make an awesome bread:
how can define that part of the bread that is cut?...we call it "corner" on romanian... I want to say that the part that contains more crust it's just awesome, especially if it's just taken out from the oven
