I wasn't trying to mock Europeans I was just saying that some gangs in America are fuckin scary, I live in the Bay Area which has some very nice neighborhoods and some of the most dangerous cities in the country. Oakland was for a few years running (per capita) the murder capital of the States. There are many areas close to me where I would never go at night, parts of Richmond scare me during the day

It's the name of the whole culture.

Each area of a town or city will have it's own neds with a different name that go and fight other neds.
