first i tried several anonymous web based service website but failed big time until i found www.ninjacloak.com , pretty stable to breach blocked website by your head-admin

you may also change your IP , i don't know how it does with US' IP domain , but it works for me ,

and the last , i suggest you to make friend to IT's department staff , not to the one who blocking the webs motherfvcker but his staff , you could get some favour from him
