Why is the "special" option the one that doesn't corrupt my data by automatically converting strings into numbers in scientific notation format? I mean, what percentage of Excel users actually know what scientific notation is?! Hell, even hexadecimal is far more common than that...

The latest Excel does piss me off quite a lot. They decided to change the features around from the last version in 2004, and it was basically like learning a completely new spreadsheet.

There's a lot of screwy things when you try to type in sophisticated formulae, too.

And the friggin' Chinese sure as hell aren't helping matters, spreading around Swayze's ectoplasm jism like H1N5 for a mere 5 RMB a copy down at the Silk Road flea market in Beijing.

Or maybe Swayze's ectoplasm jism is part of Windows Genuine Advantage to prevent illegal copying...

The Aussie Rules Grand Final is on tomorrow gonna have a lamb on the spit and some beers. You should all seriously consider watching it. Last time these two teams played it was one of the most amazing games I'd ever seen.
