Yeah its been a real blast. I love having sunshine w/ a side of Thunderstorms everyday. I went to Martha's Vineyard this weekend and the moment I got comfortable on the beach a mini thunderstorm came in and ruined everything.

That sucks so much. I haven't even been able to go to the beach yet cause of summer school. We had a similar storm on the weekend; complete sunshine then everything went black and it was really bad for like half an hour. Who the hell wants rain? (except Andy)

I know I hated this weather soo much and Christina you need to skip some summer school and go to the beach. I go weekly now since everyone here in Boston goes to the Cape and I love it now.

How is your flying going btw Tahir? I hope the weather hasnt been in the way of you getting your hours.

That sounds like a blast, you're lucky. I really wish I could go. The closest beach to me has untested water and is dirty because of the garbage strike we are currently having. Summer sucks so far.

i know. but when i was across there for summer i found it soo cold (mite be because i'm from the caribbean). but i always assumed that because u are so far north that the water would be cold all year round... my bad!!!

Nope, it actually gets pretty hot during the summer, you're probably just used to much hotter. Don't get me wrong, the winters are still pretty bad.

I only went to upgrade my mark cause I didn't do very well so it's 2 weeks long, done on Friday.

Dude, I go swimming in Northern Lake Michigan every other summer. The water temps are pleasant.

The weather and some maintenance issues with the airplane held me back but now I'm almost done. All the requirements are done so now it's just a matter of studying for the oral exam and practicing the practical with my instructor.
