Well yeah, but didn't your body react negatively to such a drastic loss of weight? You said "in the summer" so i'm guessing you're talking about 2-3 months. Losing 10kgs or more per month should weaken you a lot.
Or maybe not...that's only my assumption but i'm not an expert.
more like 4 months, but yeah you can say that. i used to wake up at 6.30 to go to work, and by 10 pm i was asleep. most days i still had adequate food, meaning enough beans and shit.
