I love how a lot of Americans and others from the Anglosphere think that Italian culture is a unitary one

Obviously you’re not one of those Siamak.
There might as well be 20 different Italy’s on the one peninsular. And that’s being generous. The one unifying thing about Italy is how non-patriotic everyone is and how not only do the north and south have two different lifestyles/culture/values(even genetics) but also within regions and neighbouring towns there can be bitter differences. As well as totally different “dialects”.
A fascinating country. No wonder it’s so fucked up and chaotic in a lot of ways
