Haha been good. I'd still happily cash you outside in Portogallo cos this place is turning into a worse shithole than it already was with every passing day, d'junowaimean?
Tots. There are days I want to sit my ass on Modi’s face and invent new words for UrbanDictionary.com. I feel for you, bro. But at least you ain’t Sri Lanka.

Just bought a lot of things on Prime Day.

Pretty fuckin good deals especially since Black Friday is arse in the UK.
So you signed up for the Sheep Club to make Bezo’s yacht bigger. Nice.

There's a decent chance the UK record temperature (38.7°C/101.7°F) could be broken early next week. Monday and Tuesday are projected to be 38 on my weather app - I'm 39 years old and I've never in my life seen that for the Midlands.

Already lots of warnings in place because people simply die in this country with those conditions, we're not used to it.
People are already dying just from alcohol poisoning. The heat defo won’t help.

Just stay hydrated, keep blinds closed during the day so you house stays cool, you'll be fine.
So I’ve been away from the Tuz for a bit because of ongoing work travels, soon vacation travels, and overall craziness.

But last Tuesday I was on a train from Porto back to Lisbon. The first got cancelled because of a strike that day, so we all packed in on an inter-city train. Got through Santarém where it was 43°C. The conductor was cool as a cuke and told us to draw drapes on the sunny side of the train so the underpowered a/c could keep up a little.

Not long after, some American woman goes all Spider-Man on the inside side of the train and tries to pry open a window. Because you know it’s kind of hot inside this packed train, and opening the window to 43°C flaming heat that killed like a thousand Portuguese last week is going to make us all feel that much more comfortable.

Why is it always Americans who do this crap??

Just had an interview that went very well.

Looking to make a serious step up in the compensation department and, really, the job I am interviewing for sounds much easier than my last one lol
Make bank. Nuf said. I’m counting on you. Don’t disappoint me.

What up, kids?

Nice to see I have at least some lasting impact here.
Welcome back, brother!!

Honestly, it's a bit weird to be back here after so many years. I recall thinking I would never "leave" the forums because it was such a large percentage of my life at 18 to 24 years old. Obviously, life adjusts and changes, there are things which come up, there are issues we deal with, but it's weird to always have this place.

I've had interviews with people who had ties to Poland, Sweden, places in the United States, and my retort was something similar to, "my friend Jack lives in Sweden, he's a Lebanese transplant named Jacques at birth" or "Oh yea, I have a friend Martin who moved to Holland from Poland, he was the first person I knew who made a digital business."

It sounds dumb, because it is, but there isn't a day that goes by where I don't think about all of you. Nick, Dru, Greg, Andy, Enron, Mark, Kate, River, Emma, Rab, Pado, Dan, JEM, Dusan.......the whole lot of you.

Ahmedios and his anal canon.

Whatever, it's dumb. I joined this forum as a 17 year-old and now, at 36, I still joke around about, "yo, what's going on in the forums, man?" when I talk to Andy on the phone.

As absolutely stupid as it sounds, the most important resource we have might be spent here. Time.

Have fun, be nice to each other, I'll try to be around more, but please. Find a reason to do something else. I love football and it's one of my favorite passions, but I'm not sure it is still worth it this many years later.

I love you all, forever.
Much love, my fellow monkey anal probe. May the monkeypox be with you.

Early morning pool sesh

earned a hearty lunch
Speaking of monkeypox.

Look up the conditions in Houston, TX
Houston invented the term “swamp ass”.

Andrew Tate refuses to leave my feed
Sharon Tate refuses to leave mine.

I allways look forward to gregs multi quote long posts of wise gems.

But I feel for you when you talk about trains to or from Lisbon who get cancelled and you wait or get inside cramped ones in insane heat.

I miss Lisbon and Portugal already, but I am also glad I got out when the heat was getting crazy. My last 2 days there were nuts, 39 and 42. Couldn't barely move outside lol. Felt like a furnace. Glad the first 10 days in Portugal were a a chill 20-28ish weather with good winds in portimao.

Lucky didnt time the vacation (due to the festival) to mid late July. Because I have friends and co workers right now running back home early from Spain, because the heat and the fires due to it gotten nuts over there. People hospitalised or tourists spots closed down so they can't do anything.

Oh shit, dude, when Greg goes off on coffee or trains, we don't pay attention.

    Bro, he's autistic.

Whoah. That’s intense, Osman. And I know well now of the train cancellation hell of which you speak.

I do like Portugal though. It’s a great hideout for my white American ass… until the Murican tourists invade and blow my cover. But my Portuguese is 100x better than theirs now…

I hope the music festival was great too. I’ve already been to a few this summer without even trying or planning on it at first. They’re hard to escape here. Such a big part of the culture I find.

    That’s asstastic to you, bro.

Actually I just made him poorer.

Bought an office chair from Amazon and for some reason they refunded me the money without me asking or returning the item lul.
Good on you then, sir. I can then only asked what Schindler asked of his list: YOU COULD HAVE ORDERED MORE!!! Bezos would have had to sell Blue Origin … not just because he caught his chipmunk-in-a-wig girlfriend riding the top of one of their rockets naked.
