Smell yes, taste no. Right now my biggest symptoms are headache and muscleache.

Basically been the worst cold of my life. Every morning I wake up and have a gallon of SARS snot in my nose. It’s day 8 for me and it’s seemingly a slow progression to getting better.

So first two doses were useless?
I’ve been going out to bars and restaurants and concerts and sporting events and this is the first time I got Covid, probably because I just had a regular cold and I didn’t get my booster on time. The vaccines work, absolutely.

He made it sound like that lol.

Oh and I pretty much did and do all of that too, when I can at least and I didnt take vaccines. Plus Im on public transportation which is worse than sporting events when it comes to crowded folk. I had covid but it was more mild than a common flu. Hence my take on mandatory vaccines and bullshit I see every day sadly.

Fact remains your chances of being hospitalized are higher if you're not vaccinated.

Hard to say. They lose effectiveness over time, but maybe I would have been much sicker without them.

I feel bad, but don't feel like I'm dying now.

I think that's the key word. Too many assumptions there. I had it and it was very weak, weaker than seasonal flu that I had every couple of years. Might have hit you just as hard if you didn't take one, like me, dunno.

Well, the studies are showing that your immunity starts to drop off after six months, so it was 7 months for me. I don't get sick often, but when I do, it's terrible colds.

Not everyone is the same, bro. And you seem to be healthy as fuck, so count yourself lucky. :D

Or, you know, I could be dead.

Point is the vaccine might have helped me and it had no negative side effect.

By getting it I simply maximized my chances of survival.
