I had an accident with my bicycle. I fell on my left hip and now within one hour it has bloated up like this:

My left side looks like the one of Kim Kardeshian. Think i should fall again on the other side. ...or i should see a doctor :shifty:

Looks like a swell, I don't think anything is damaged. You can give it a rest for half a day or so and see what happens. Maybe you should put some ice on it.

But I think you should check it with a doctor :D

Or you could just... go out and fall on the right side as well.

Thx. I went to a doctor, was some kind of worrisome this huge swell. Nothing's broken but it will take 1-2 months until everything is allright again.
Damn.

Of all people, you are you seriously asking me ?

Last time i fell off my bike, i had a severe S1-L5 hernia.
- Started recovery training , it hurts like feminism, next trainin.
- Benched as usual next training but had to ask people to load the plates
- Returned squatting after 3 weeks, 200kg after 5 weeks.
- Returned to deadlift 5 weeks later (only sumo). Did 260kg warmup in a compeition after 6 weeks (i had paid the fee so why not)

4 months later i deadlifted 300kg again and 5 months later i was setting PR's.

6 weeks ago i cracked my rib twice when attempting a 320 double. Icepack and NSAID's are great. Never stopped training. Small tear in transversal oblique 1 week later. Never stopped training but had 2 sessions where i was screaming it out on the third rep of all 270 tripples. on wednesday the idea is 3 340 doubles from blocks. Its called biting through the pain, to make the gain.

But you fell on your poopoo and its a bit swollen. Impact trauma, boohoo. Suck it up buttercup, do your squats. Lower the weight if you cant manage the pain.
