I threw up earlier today. Decided to man up after that, drank some water and had breakfast. Sat on the bike and went on a good 20km trip and sweat it all out. Feel pretty great right about now, hands are shaking but it's all good

Trust me, I didn't feel like the bike ride. But it just feels great to sweat it all out and then chug some water. After that I can finally enjoy a cigarette too. I could really go for a joint right about now, but I'm out and the city is absolutely crowded with pigs

I've never felt it myself. The closest I get is probably if I've been doing tequilla the night before. I get shakes, sweats and just generally feel uncomfortable. But never experienced anything closely remoted to fear or the symptoms describes when reading about delirium.

Not that I've tried everything, but weed is the closest thing to a hangover cure that I've experienced. It removes nausea, which allows you to actually build up an appetite and it makes you capable of keeping fluids down. As a result of that your general mood improves alot and you can actually do something with your day.

Dont go to sleep. Take a good shower before work and a serious breakfast with complex carbs.
eat more suger then usual during the day, and keep on the coffee
