@JuveJay :lol:

Guess you could call it "Legal method". All the norms, principles and guidelines guiding the interpretation of national statutory laws, court verdicts, international treaties etc., and what role arguments that stem from other branches of government, society norms and one's own value judgements play when interpreting and applying law. It's one of those subjects you really want to achieve a good grade, since it's so fundamental and directly shows whether or not you possess the most important skills required in this profession.

The examination will be very strict, as it's a subject placed on the very end of the 5 year Law programme. I think I'm in a position to do well, as I've been reading strenuously and memorized arguments from 80+ verdicts. But you never know. Nervous as fuck!

Could never do that. Not coolheaded enough to pull it off and it doesn't feel right. Also, those who get busted get suspended for 1 year minimum, and it wouldn't look too good in the eyes of any employer, but particularly in the field of Law, where there's so much professional ethics involved. Cheating is not an option for me.

There are some who always cheat, though, according to surveys, and those bastards tend to get the results they want as well.

:D

Even if I wasn't, I seriously doubt how far 'cheating' would take you on an exam such as this, where there are so few 'right or wrong' answers. The outcome will be decided on methodical abilities and argumentation alone.

Much method
So rhetoric
Very legal

I remember them exams of electrical subjects, I used to have all the fucking diagrams in the folds of my shirt.

and successful it was
I faked agoraphobia so succesfully in the 2nd year of high school that I got to take a test all by my self in a closed room with plenty of cell phone reception.

Good day that was.

Smart phones caused a revolution in the art of cheating. I still kept the traditional methods.
