Look at the difference in the styles of this trilogy and the Batman movies with George Clooney. While the latter is more comic book-style, the former is portrayed as something real.
Why would the CIA fly into enemy space (we're assuming clandestine missions don't occur in Alabama) with a fancy super technological aircraft? Why would they unmask the guys they captured and give away the element of fear that being shrouded gives the captured? We could go on.
It seems like usual "know it all" complaints from people that can't pay attention.

That doesn't matter. Batman still takes place in a imaginary world, no matter how much better the production value or how much more dark the story is. Half the stuff picked on in your link is explained in the movie.
Like the League of Shadows stuff where the guy somehow didn't pick up that Bane was kicked out before Bruce Wayne joined up.

Do you believe the way Bruce's broken back was fixed and healed, all in a few months time? Also, how did Bruce get back into Gotham when all bridges except 1 were destroyed, the remaining 1 was heavily guarded, and he had none of his gadgets?

The police are fed and all the sewer scenes are well lit. All that matters is consistency. If people didn't like Dark Knight Rises, then how did they get through Batman Begins? That is the most far-fetched of the story lines.
Just ran out to buy an optical audio cable so I can connect my new TV to a brand-new soundbar and wireless subwoofer. Dang, it's sounding nice. But the optical cable cost almost as much as the audio system attached to it.
