Woke up, took a shower and then decided to work from home instead. I'm feeling incredibly sleepy.
Oh man, I feel like doing that almost everyday these days. The heat is just killing me. And it's not even full-fledged summer yet! I need to move to friggin' Manali for the next few months.

The sex better have been good.
It was terrible, actually. But you weren't conscious enough to notice.

I see this quite often with people. I don't know if Bangalore has sleep clinics but I think you should go to one. My theory (not worth a dime :p) from what you're telling me; with the waking up during the night and being tired even after a normal amount of sleep, indicates you're not getting the quality of sleep you should be getting. One possibility for you waking up could be because you stop breathing (unbeknownst to you).

Find out if you can get a Polysomnography done. It just requires you to spend one night at a clinic/hospital to see if any of these issues exist. Then you can get it treated and I can almost guarantee you'll see a difference.

I think there is. I found this: http://www.hindu.com/2011/05/03/stories/2011050353460300.htm

Ya not sure i'd be comfortable with a bunch of strangers watching me as i sleep.
Well, unlike the pic in that article (does looks creepy :D) over here the patient gets a room that pretty much looks like a hotel room. No one is in that room with you during the night but there is a video camera to see which body position you're sleeping in and a mic to pick up snoring sounds and to be able to hear you in case you need something.

edit: No one really has to watch you. You get hooked to wires that detect limb, jaw, eye movements, snoring, and brain waves. All of it gets recorded on a software which then the doctor interprets to find out if there are any issues.
