I was hoping for a video, but there were only pictures, the guy took them him self, but it looked real to me, I can't pick out anything that was fake about it.
There were a shit ton of pictures, one had the 'inside' of the bottom half.

I went on it, on my old laptop, its slow as fuck (loading speeds).
On the C&B torture site, there was this guy who had his phallus on an grill (he was restricting the blood flow, like the other chap)
And one guy had a needle through his penis.

Not necessarily. There was some guy in Germany, perhaps, a few years ago that posted some sort of advertisement looking for someone to mutilate and eat him, then kill him, I think.
