Why do girls have to test guys all the time? This girl I've been talking to for the past 2 weeks was like 'so im going back to the uk, i guess we'll talk next year' to which I asked online or in real life? And she says 'both'. So I asked why and she came up with some excuses about time difference and college and I didn't really nag her about it but she sensed something was off and then says 'oh, I was just kidding!" 
Was that a test or what?

Well after she said that she was joking she kinda went out of her way to say that she will talk to me + back when I added her on fb after I'd met her, her cousin (and best friend) wasn't happy about it b/c she didn't want people to create rumours about her and I, so the girl was like "I can't upset my best friend so I'll have to remove you if she has a problem with it." So I was like "yeah, I understand" and then I got a message saying "lol, I was only kidding!".

This story reminds me of an experience I had some years ago. I dated this girl for about 3 weeks, and her best friend (they have lived together for 4 years already + they even share boyfriends now (FML)), really didn't like me one bit. She used to tell her all kind of shit against me and that I'm ruining all their fun for them. At first her comments weren't working, but then... shit got real.
In your case, Z, I don't really like these type of girls who like to play these sort of games. But maybe that's just me.

As for my opinion, I'd stay away, Ze.
I know it's hard, especially if you like the girl. But that sort of trouble is too much and it's not worth it. I'd stay back and leave it at that unless she starts to chase me, or in this case you. The only way I'd mess with that is if she shows a lot more interest, and not play various games just so she could test men.
