Granted, in an era where teenagers are sexting each other and the photos are getting distributed to all their schoolmates, this seems pretty tame at most. But it was the malicious intent that you pursued -- abusing someone's brief moment of indiscretion or bad decision-making to publicize it as your personal billboard. It would be one thing if the person thought it was funny. It was painfully clear to me that it went beyond that and became malicious for her.

I don't tolerate malice on these forums. And it works both ways, snoop. If somebody did post a big photo of your drivers license and taunted you to no end about your privacy insecurities over it (would never happen on the Tuz, right?!?), I would equally come to your defense and ask that certain avatars, images, etc., be taken down.

Again, I didn't bring that picture from anywhere, it was posted here, and I put it on avatar immediately, there was no jabbing a knife or anything of that sort, it was a pic zoomed on her ass, nothing was clear, nothing was embarrassing, nothing was wrong with the pic (she even left the pic on the forum, she didn't remove it), she even apologized for overreacting (by now you should have recognized what kind of character she has, she overreacts on something and regrets), even in her latest thread, you can read about the incident again, she apologized again, she admitted she overreacted. and add to that, after I put the picture on, I signed out, so after the drama happened, I realized that she asked me and then you to remove, I wasn't aware of what was going on, cause I wasn't on computer, that overreaction of here made me start to dislike her, and you, you made all these jabbing a knife stories in your mind, without asking or investigating, you judged again as usual, without asking my intention. It was a stupid joke ffs, you should realize by now, she has a problem mentally, and everything bothers her..



Because the joke is you're too ugly to show your face. So the elephant man is about the most classical cultural reference to that.

In hindsight I was wrong and should have left it blank. So sorry for that.

This is a good start, at least you started to admit your mistakes. Even thou it wasn't a big deal, but you got the point that we all do stupid things that are not necessary to be evil (like jabbing a knife lol).




My intention with her never was to hurt her, and she knows it better, I made a lot of jokes about her, and she told me all the time she was ok with it, except one case, she told me and I stopped doing that. The rest? she started to annoy me, and I started to dislike her, still I didn't try to hurt, in the end, I wasn't the one who found her BF's pic, and put a make up and showed it, every stupid thing pisses her out, and I was enjoying her dramas, simple because she annoys me, so putting Alen's work on Alen's avatar was an opportunity for me, and I used it. Still, I don't see anything wrong with what I did, as I wasn't the one who made fun of her boyfriend's look, I never did actually (everyone did except me, you can ever ask her), so I just put fuel on fire, and I enjoyed it. Evilish yes, but technically I am not the guilty one, and that if there is anyone guilty here ;)


and I brought all these up, because you mentioned my name, and gave an old, discussed and closed subject, remember I never made a big deal back then, I sorted it with you on PM, right? was it necessary to bring it up again? and point your finger to me for this?

I think the rest of the posters here want to strangle us both for continuing this. But this is just my way of showing that I take moderating seriously. If I were really dismissive about "I'm the mod and you're not", I wouldn't even bother to respond.

We have some good teasing on these forums. I mean ... "dumb like Hustini"? :D (A turn of phrase for poetic effect. But I love me a Hustini. :heart:) The trouble is when all this thrilling sex play on these forums leads to a safe word. When Janna took the image down herself because she thought better, and when each of us asked you to also take the image down and you didn't, that's when I felt we reached that "safe word" point.

Yeah. That avatar swap I did on you was stupid. :p I promise not to do that again. Which isn't to say I won't remove your avatars in the future anymore. :p Just that I won't replace them...

And sorry to dig up your name. I was just pointing out a past example of where I think a mod taking down an avatar can be warranted. What brought it up here was Alen, and I respect the fact that Alen was a big enough man (and I don't just mean his breasts) to ultimately take it down and know when the joke has gone too far for what someone was comfortable with. That's all.

I half regret bringing up the Burke-Fabi stuff in the process, but again ... it was just an example. :frown:
