Fish from southern Iran such as Silver pomfret, Black pomfret, Pomadasys, Narrow-barred, redfish, and shrimp are very popular. Fish from northern Iran such as Caspian kutum, Trout، Common carp and Salmon have a special place in Iranian cuisine.
basmati Is an Indian rice. Rice dishes in Iran are cooked with Iranian rice.

I asked this cuz I usually take two energy drinks for the gym, one during my exercise and another after the gym.I never get the chance to try Celsius because it's not available in my country. But Red Bull, Monster Energy and Big bear are always come to the gym with me.
