Really disappointed with the album maybe something I can grow onto through time but nothing as great as Overly dedicated or Section 80. Don't like the vibe after three years, thought it was going to be fire, I feel it rubs off of Ab soul too much. I do like " Alright" for now

u is extremely raw and emotional. But its too soon and too many to repeatedly go through to get some of the nuances to truly get them some of these tracks, just a day since its been out. But yeah past hour around been changing between which ones I dig the most, besides those mentionned (two of them bangers, Kunta and alright, so its natural we are off the bat supposed to like them, plus black berry, so pretty expected they would be the highlighted ones). There some slow burner slow jams thats real nice after I listened to them alot (connecting theme is nice, lucy lol), like how much a dollar cost, mortal man, or this one is so chill/funky:

Most defenitely, I've only listened to the second half of the album twice and the first one three times, so there's gonna be plenty of change in how I'm gonna end up liking the songs eventually for sure.
Btw do you think he's taking a dig at Dre in Kunta when he's dissing rappers with ghostwriters? :p

He doesnt need to ( see below for why..), everyone knows Dre is not really a rapper and he pretty much had all of his work written for him by his closest pal rappers (or some heavy weights like Jay Z, "still dre"). Most things he wrote was hooks/choruses, and the Eazy diss tracks prolly lol

Just a short list of known ghost writers to Dre: Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Royce Da 5’9″, Rakim, Jay - Z, The D.O.C (G thang song) Knoc-Turnal and Kendrick Lamar...
