I dont like The Beatles either. There were so many bands at the same time doing exactly the same things that didnt get pedistooled by the masses and i would rather listen to them. for exp. The Kinks were a much much much better band than the beatles and so few people know anything by them beyond 'You Really Got Me'. Its similar with the stones, except they were doing loads of different stuff, i love all the bands associated with the Stones - Small Faces, The Faces etc. etc.

Well I am sure music "experts" will disagree with your views about these legendary bands, I mean we are not talking about Backstreet boys you know?

I am no expert myself, I am lazy to listen to these legendary bands, Just recently started listening Led Zeppelin, but Pink Floyd? I totally disagree with you, Pink Ployd were out of this planet, for me (remember I am not an expert) there isn't any close good band to them.

im confused, i thought we just agreed that we are entitled to our opinions, i said my opinion and you flagged me up on. So i asked why you did it, not what the opinion i gave was.

Think about it this way, I am listening to a song and it's obvious I like the band, you came to me and told me I am listening to a crap, and I told you my opinion about the band and that I disagree with yours, what made you feel attacked that's what I don't understand, you started to give your opinion and I replied.

Ofcourse I agree that everyone has a different taste and each to his own opinion, but it's you who gave your opinion against mine, no? That's why I showed you your first and how all this started (it didn't start with the Pink Floyd song).

you know what, i dont even care, i was just trying to argue with someone so i could put off doing my essay, led zep are an avg band they didnt do anything groundbreaking, pink floyd i really cant stand but i understand why they such a large following. we cool with that?
