If by range you mean whether Cornell can reach as high as Plant can, than yes I agree that their range is similar. but he can't toy with the high notes like Plant could, everything above A4 comes as a struggle for Chris, unlike Plant who could sing notes men shouldn't be capable of singing and still leave the impression that he is hardly even trying.
